PCE Instruments PCE-PQC 12EU is a particle analyser/counter for measuring airborne particle concentration up to 25 µm, with 3 parallel channels and a 2.83 l/min sampling flow. Results are shown and stored on a 4.3" colour touchscreen, with mass concentration (µg/m³) calculation and reporting according to ISO 14644-1, EU GMP Annex 1 and FS 209E. NIST certification is included, with USB connectivity (Ethernet/Wi-Fi/RS-485/RS-232 optional).
PCE Instruments PCE-PQC 12EU is designed to accurately measure airborne particle concentration (dust, soot, pollen and aerosols) and support fast checks wherever particulate levels affect quality, safety and productivity. It is well suited for industrial monitoring, laboratories, production areas and environmental assessments.
With a measurement range up to 25 µm and 3 parallel measuring channels (factory calibration 0.3 / 0.5 / 5.0 µm), the instrument provides reliable analysis across multiple operating modes: automatic, manual, real-time display, cumulative/differential and mass concentration in µg/m³. An internal pump with automatic flow control (2.83 l/min) and an internal HEPA outlet filter help deliver stable, repeatable results.
Data handling is comprehensive: internal memory for 45,000 records (cyclic memory), storage for 50 custom configurations, and contextual logging (particle count, temperature/humidity, location and time) with up to 1,000 points. Sampling time is adjustable from 1 second to 99 hours, and reports comply with ISO 14644-1, EU GMP Annex 1 and FS 209E, with traceability and NIST certification included.
The 4.3" colour touchscreen (480×272) improves readability, while the replaceable lithium battery (up to 10 hours continuous) and ~4-hour charging time make the unit suitable for field work. USB is standard, with optional Ethernet, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g, RS-485 or RS-232. An external thermal printer can be used for hard-copy output.
