The PCE Instruments PCE-IR 100-ICA is a combined IR non-contact thermometer + foldable contact probe for fast, hygienic checks on cooked, raw or frozen foods, aligned with HACCP practices. It measures surface temperature without contact (range -33…+200 °C) and, when needed, verifies the core temperature using the fold-in probe. Colour LED “safe/unsafe” indication, illuminated spot, quick response and ISO certification included.

The PCE-IR 100-ICA food thermometer combines the speed of infrared, non-contact surface measurement with the reliability of a contact probe for internal temperature checks—helping to reduce contamination risks and improve HACCP compliance. It is suitable for food production, processing, cold transport, storage, cold rooms, warehousing, catering and restaurants.

Readings are supported by colour LEDs indicating “safe” and “unsafe” ranges. The measuring spot illumination helps define the actual IR area, reducing measurement errors. When an internal check is required, the foldable probe allows direct core temperature verification. Practical functions include Max/Min, Hold, Lock, plus a clean, easy-to-wipe hygienic design. ISO certificate included.
