OMCN 102 Export is a 12 t single-acting hydraulic jack kit intended for the main pushing, opening and straightening operations in bodywork repair. The system uses a manual pump connected to the cylinder through a flexible hose: oil pressure advances the piston and enables progressive, controlled force to be applied at the point to be corrected. Its portable layout is suitable both for workshop stations and for interventions where the component cannot be taken to a press.

The Export composition prioritises essential equipment and ease of transport. It includes the pump, cylinder, flexible hose, couplings, L= 200 mm, L= 300 mm and L= 500 mm extension pipes, W-punch, wedge punch, large rubber head, concave plate, opening pliers, nipple, support base and cylinder-side extension plate. It does not include the chain pulling equipment, small rubber head, piston-side extension plate or L= 400 mm extension pipe. It is therefore suited to users seeking a compact set for mainly compression work and not requiring the full modularity of ART. 101 or ART. 102.

The W-punch provides localised support, the wedge opens or spaces metal parts, the large rubber head protects more sensitive pushing points and the concave plate gives a more stable reaction on tubes and curved profiles. Threaded extension pipes reach internal or recessed points but should only be used when the assembly remains stable and aligned. Results depend on the quality of the reaction point: an insufficiently rigid base or an angled set-up can cause slipping, unwanted bending or accessory damage.

The kit is suited to body shops, mobile workshops, commercial-vehicle maintenance, small fabrication shops and service departments carrying out quick work on panels, frames, brackets and deformed components. It can also be used for mechanical maintenance, assembly and plant work, provided the applied force, restraints and work method are assessed by competent personnel. It must not be used as a lifting device or to hold suspended loads.

Choose ART. 102 Export when the essential equipment covers the required working distances and attachments. Where four extension pipes, two rubber heads and greater pushing versatility are needed, ART. 102 is more appropriate; where chain pulling is also required, ART. 101 is the correct solution. Before use, inspect the hose, couplings and threads, fully screw each attachment into place, keep the pushing axis straight and maintain a clear area around the load. OMCN states that the use of extension pipes and/or accessories can reduce usable capacity by up to 50% of rated capacity.

The ART. CM metal box and ART. CPT trolley are available for transport and storage; the ART. 357 air-hydraulic pump is recommended for frequent use, while the ART. 108 short cylinder enables operation where vertical clearance is limited.
