OMCN 100 Single-acting Heavy Duty hydraulic body repair jack kit from the Heavy Duty range, with a 20 t rated capacity and dimensions A= 310 mm, B= 440 mm. It is a modular system for pushing, straightening, alignment and geometry recovery of metal and structural elements.

The kit includes a manual pump, L= 1.8 m hydraulic hose, single-acting cylinder, five extension pipes L= 100, 200, 300, 400 and 500 mm, five extension couplings and terminal caps. The pump supplies oil to the cylinder to advance the piston; retraction takes place without a second pressurised supply on the opposite side, according to the cylinder configuration.

The 20 t capacity suits controlled straightening and pushing work on industrial bodywork, light frames, mechanical assemblies and structures where high force is required from a transportable kit.

The extension pipes help reach distant reaction points and configure the system for cavities, side members, beams, frames, welded structures and components requiring alignment.
