OMCN 100/D Single-acting Heavy Duty hydraulic body repair jack kit from the Heavy Duty range, with a 120 t rated capacity and dimensions A= 350 mm, B= 460 mm. It is a modular system for pushing, straightening, alignment and geometry recovery of metal and structural elements.

The kit includes a manual pump, L= 1.8 m hydraulic hose, single-acting cylinder, five extension pipes L= 100, 200, 300, 400 and 500 mm, five extension couplings and terminal caps. The pump supplies oil to the cylinder to advance the piston; retraction takes place without a second pressurised supply on the opposite side, according to the cylinder configuration.

The 120 t capacity is intended for the most demanding work on heavy structures, infrastructure, large steel fabrications, industrial assembly and major maintenance where a very high pushing reserve is required.

The extension pipes help reach distant reaction points and configure the system for cavities, side members, beams, frames, welded structures and components requiring alignment. Select the model according to the force actually required, the application safety factor, available dimensions A and B, workpiece weight and stability, and accessibility for the pump, hose and reaction point.

For correct operation, prepare rigid non-slip bearing surfaces, keep the cylinder, extension pipes and pushing point as coaxial as possible, and never apply side loads to the piston. Inspect couplings, hydraulic hose, threads and supports before use; stop the operation if instability, abnormal bending or reaction-point movement occurs.
