The LTF Art. 79.03 prismatic magnetic dial indicator base is a professional measuring support designed for dimensional inspection and geometric verification in mechanical workshops, metrology laboratories and industrial quality control departments. Designed for use with Ø8 mm stem analog dial indicators, it enables precise and repeatable measurements for checking concentricity, parallelism, flatness and form errors on mechanical components.

The system features a prismatic permanent magnetic base 48 × 64 × 55 mm, designed to ensure stable mounting on both flat and cylindrical surfaces thanks to the V-groove geometry. The magnetic force of 590 N (60 kg) provides high pull resistance, maintaining stability during measurement operations even under vibration or machine conditions.

The structure includes a vertical rod Ø12 × 200 mm and an adjustable rod Ø10 × 170 mm, providing excellent positioning flexibility. The 150 mm lateral arm and articulated system with total extension up to 320 mm allow easy access to complex measuring points on machine tools and components.

A key feature is the micrometric adjustment of the dial indicator, allowing extremely precise positioning relative to the measured surface. This enables fine alignment and zeroing operations, improving measurement accuracy and repeatability.
