The Series 236 round magnetic holdfasts are permanent magnetic clamping devices engineered for industrial applications requiring fast positioning, stability and repeatability during welding, fabrication and assembly processes.

The system features a mechanical ON/OFF release screw allowing controlled activation and deactivation of the magnetic field. This ensures easy positioning and effortless removal of the component while improving operational ergonomics and reducing cycle times.

The nominal magnetic holding force, selectable within the configurable product, ranges from 34 kg up to 185 kg. Values are measured under ideal conditions on flat ferromagnetic surfaces with full contact. Painted, oxidized or uneven surfaces may reduce the effective holding force.

Each unit is equipped with pre-drilled mounting holes to allow integration onto bars, squares, jigs and support structures. The compact and robust design makes them suitable for machine shops, metal fabrication workshops, maintenance departments and production lines.

No electrical power supply is required, eliminating risks related to power failure. The permanent magnetic system ensures stable magnetic performance without overheating and guarantees long operational life.

Force selection guide:

– 34 kg: light components and small welding fixtures
– 62 kg: light fabrication and intermediate positioning
– 116 kg: medium-weight structures
– 185 kg: heavy plates and structural components
