These switchable permanent magnetic V-blocks are essential tools for grinding, measuring and quality control in mechanical and industrial environments. They are engineered to provide fast setup, reliable clamping and high repeatability when positioning cylindrical or prismatic ferromagnetic parts.

The three contact surfaces are precision ground to ensure accurate seating and long-term dimensional stability. Thanks to the integrated permanent magnetic system, the V-block can securely hold itself and the workpiece on any flat ferrous surface. It can also be used on machines equipped with a magnetic chuck without the need to switch the chuck ON, reducing setup time and improving operational efficiency.

Magnet activation and release are controlled via the integrated ON/OFF knob, enabling safe handling and quick part changes. When supplied as a matched pair, the V-blocks are ground together to ensure coplanarity—an important requirement for precision inspection and grinding applications.
