The ASTURO professional compressed-air spray gun is designed for painting and technical finishing applications with separate air and material supply. With body weight= 595 g, air consumption= 350 l/min, maximum pressure= 6 bar, atomizing air pressure= 5 bar and product feed pressure= 0.5÷6 bar, it allows controlled adjustment of flow and spray pattern. Suitable for paints, enamels, primers, fillers and compatible technical coatings.

The ASTURO professional compressed-air spray gun is a technical component for spray painting, surface finishing and controlled application of coating materials. The configuration with product inlet= 1/4" M and air inlet= 1/4" M allows connection to compatible supply lines, making the product suitable for professional systems where compressed air and material are managed separately. This type of spray gun is intended for operators who need to control material deposition on the surface while maintaining a regular spray fan and continuous spraying performance.

The body weight= 595 g makes the spray gun manageable in professional applications while maintaining the robustness required in paint departments, workshops and production environments. The air consumption= 350 l/min requires a correctly sized compressed-air line with suitable compressor, regulator, filter and condensate separator. Insufficient air flow can reduce atomization quality, make the spray fan unstable and cause surface defects, while a properly regulated line helps achieve more uniform material distribution.

The maximum pressure= 6 bar and maximum air supply pressure= 6 bar define the operating limit of the air circuit. The atomizing air pressure= 5 bar is the technical reference for effective material atomization, while the product feed pressure= 0.5÷6 bar allows the delivered material quantity to be adapted to viscosity, required flow rate and application type. Correct adjustment is essential to avoid excess material, runs, film irregularities, overspray or insufficient coverage.

The spray gun can be used with paints, enamels, fillers, primers, water-based products and technical coatings compatible with the spraying system and internal materials of the equipment. Before use, viscosity, product filtration, chemical compatibility, feed pressure and compressed-air line condition should always be checked. Unfiltered or overly thick material can affect spray fan formation, cause clogging and reduce finishing quality.

The field of use includes light industrial painting, technical maintenance, finishing of metal components, work on wood and plastic, surface restoration, applications on panels, structures and parts where controlled deposition is required. In automotive and bodywork applications, it can be used when compatible with the material specifications and required finish. In production departments, it can be integrated into repetitive procedures, provided air and product feed parameters are respected.

The precision of the spray gun is not measuring precision with numerical resolution, because the product does not detect dimensions, heights, transmission play or geometric form errors. In this case, precision is application-related: it concerns the ability to control material quantity, atomizing pressure, spray fan shape, spraying distance, travel speed and pass overlap. Correct setup allows more uniform surfaces, reduced waste and improved result repeatability.

For professional use, a spray test should always be performed before final application. The operator should progressively adjust product and air pressure until a stable spray fan is obtained, without pulsation and with regular edges. The gun must be kept at a constant distance from the surface, with uniform movement and controlled overlapping passes. Excessive distance can increase material dispersion, while too short a distance can cause build-up and runs.

Compressed-air quality is critical. Water, oil or impurities in the line can cause surface defects, craters, finish variations or product contamination. It is therefore advisable to use suitable air filters, pressure regulators and condensate separators, periodically checking system cleanliness. Product circuit cleaning must also be carried out carefully, especially after using paints, primers or materials that dry quickly.

After each use, the spray gun must be washed with a cleaning product compatible with the material used, cleaning passages, nozzle, needle, fittings and product flow areas. Dried residues can alter atomization, reduce flow rate, affect closing and change spray fan shape. For continuous use, seals, fittings, threads, nozzle, needle and circuit tightness should be checked periodically.

The ASTURO professional compressed-air spray gun with product inlet= 1/4" M and air inlet= 1/4" M is therefore suitable for technicians and operators looking for a reliable component for controlled painting applications. The technical values for pressure, air consumption and product feed allow the process to be set consistently with the material used, improving uniformity, operational continuity and final surface quality.
