1230 Series 24V AC/DC in Ø50 mm polycarbonate: high impact-resistant tubular LED lamps for machine tools and automation in water and dust environments (NO chemicals/NO oil). Parameters: CCT 6000K, CRI 80, >150 lm/W, A++, IP67, Insulation Class III.
The 1230 series includes 24V AC/DC tubular LED lamps with an Ø50 mm polycarbonate outer protection tube (1.4 mm thickness), engineered for task lighting on machine tools, automated lines and special machinery. Polycarbonate provides outstanding impact resistance and is the right choice where water and dust are present; it is not recommended with chemical agents or oil contact/immersion.
An opal diffuser delivers smooth, uniform light with reduced glare. PA6 side closures with NBR (O-Ring) gaskets and wiring via M16x1.5 cable gland (IP68). Mounting is provided with brackets for quick, stable installation. Standard photo-electric parameters: CCT 6000 K, CRI 80, efficacy >150 lm/W, LED energy class A++. IP67 protection and Insulation Class III.
