Spindle chuck with ISO40 and ISO50 conical shank, manufactured according to DIN7388 (DIN69871), are designed to accommodate cylindrical shank cutters of different diameters and with Weldon shank.
Spindles with the same cutter housing diameter, but with a variable length of your choice, are also available.
This wide choice has been made necessary to allow the end-user to access milling cutters even in spaces that are not always accessible or have a large footprint that is difficult to access with the machine tool.

The precision and construction of the ISO spindle, which is designed to mount milling cutters or tools with a cylindrical or Weldon shank, has been achieved with a balance and concentricity between the ISO cone and milling cutter shank axes equal to G6.3, which can rotate up to a maximum of 15,000 rpm.
With these special features, it is possible to use the spindle with cutter types having different carbide characteristics and different coatings, thus allowing optimisation of cutting speed and cutting feed parameters and for optimize chip removal machining on all materials.

The spindles chuck with ISO conical shank, manufactured according to DIN7388 (DIN69871), also have a central and flange coolant passage system (AD + B), so as to optimise the cooling of the milling cutter and chip removal through the coolant passing through the central hole of the spindle.
 
 
The coolant passage can be varied according to the mounting of the screws shown in the drawing. This is usually done in order to orient the tool cooling system in the optimum position to remove chips and cool the cutting edges.
 
 
For machines that have an automatic tool changer, the spindle has an M16 thread and diameter to accommodate various tie-rods, an example of which is shown below, made to design for different types and models of machine tools such as Kitamura, Hurco, Jis-B6339, Mazak, ISO7388, DIN69872, all with or without coolant passage.
