This tapper is designed to offer high precision in the CNC tapping depth (tolerance of ±0.1mm), frequently solving problems related to the thread profile and improving the quality of the processes.
The tapper can use taps with internal coolant passage, both in neat oil and with coolant liquids, up to a maximum pressure of 50 bar with high-pressure systems. The flexibility of the spindle allows you to easily switch from the flow of lubricant through the central hole to that through the lateral holes (DIN 69871 type B connection), ensuring greater adaptability to different processing needs.
Compensated tapping spindles with coolant passage are compatible with all CNC machine tools, mechanical, automatic and programmed, including work centers, boring machines, CNC milling machines, transfer machines, threading machines and CNC lathes.
It is ideal for threading ferrous and non-ferrous materials, low and high carbon steels, aluminum alloys, brass and bronze. The duration of the tap in production is optimized thanks to the use of taps with internal coolant.
The use of special bushings with friction adjustment allows to avoid the breakage of the tap inside the pieces and to adapt to every thread and workable material.
