These machines, projected for continuous and intense use in industry, absorb and reduce the already low vibrations due to their weight and guaranteeing raised precision. The motors are constructed in low leakage German magnetic steel for higher production in any work situation. The grinding wheel clamp flanges are machined to guarantee a maximum parallelism during the coupling with abrasive wheels. Diameters and thickness of the flanges are superior to EC reference Norms. Low voltage 24 V control is available as an option on all machines in this category. Naturally, they are supplied without grinding wheels and/or brushes, leaving the choice of these to the user from the range of NEBES accessories, which only offers the highest quality Italian products, for better performance of industrial grinders.

On request, all items up to 3Hp can be supplied with the low-voltage BT1 control at an additional price. Above 3Hp the BT1 control is supplied as standard on all CE machines. All the grinders with 3 phases motors are connected at 400 V but can be wired at 230 V on request. Possibility of adding an inverter.

NEBES is the only Italian company that can boast of still producing the entire range of bench grinders in Italy, following the manufacturing standards that have dictated the rules of quality for several decades. Nothing to do with imported machines or machines made in two halves, i.e. with the casing split down the middle: our master forgers still insert the stator the way it was done 50 years ago, i.e. by expansion of the metal, without the use of a single screw. The central casing is heated and when it expands by a few tenths of a millimetre due to the heat, the stator is inserted, which, once cooled, forms a single body with the central casing.
