The bench-top instrument designed for dimensional inspection of parts of various sizes, including large parts such as shafts, moulds and cylinders. It features horizontal optics and an inclined vertical screen, with a digital angle readout included in the EL 550 viewer. The lighting system uses LEDs for diascopic inspection and a dual flexible fibre-optic arm for episcopic viewing, offering visual clarity, low power consumption and long life. Its ease of use and robustness also make it ideal for heavy parts during inspection.
