The ES series of 3-jaw scroll chucks with flat spiral ring by ROEHM is particularly suitable for the machining and precise alignment of irregularly shaped workpieces. The system allows for independent adjustment of the jaws along the entire clamping stroke, offering high flexibility and accuracy during operation.

The spiral ring, made of die-forged steel, is series-balanced, hardened, and ground, ensuring strength, durability, and long-term reliability. The chuck body is also made of forged steel, while the jaws, machined directly within the chuck, guarantee excellent concentricity.

This type of chuck is available in both 3-jaw and 4-jaw versions. It comes equipped with a set of base and reversible jaws, as well as a clamping wrench. The mounting is compliant with DIN 6351 standard, in the version with cylindrical mount and form A flange.

To ensure optimal performance and maintain constant clamping force, regular lubrication is essential.
