The PCE-CT 65 is a non-destructive paint surface analyzer designed to measure the thickness of paint coatings on various substrates. It features a measuring range of 0 to 1350 µm, allowing for a wide range of applications in quality control and inspection. The device uses advanced technology to ensure accurate readings and is suitable for assessing paint layers on metal, plastic, and other materials without causing damage. Its portable design makes it convenient for on-site measurements in various industries, including automotive and manufacturing.

The PCE-CT 65 surface analyzer is a measuring instrument designed to determine coating thickness on metallic surfaces, both ferrous and non-ferrous, quickly, accurately, and without causing any damage. Its non-destructive measurement technology makes it ideal for a wide range of industrial applications and quality control processes. It is widely used in the automotive sector, both in production and in the purchase of used vehicles, where it allows the detection of additional paint layers or undeclared repairs, making it possible to identify accident damage immediately. It is equally valuable for incoming goods inspection, enabling operators to classify entire batches or individual products and quickly detect possible defects.

The device is designed for ease of use and ergonomic handling: compact, lightweight, and equipped with an integrated probe, it can be operated with just one hand, making it highly practical even in complex or prolonged working conditions. Measurements are instantaneous and supported by a wide measuring range, ensuring reliable results across diverse applications. Accuracy is maintained through calibration plates and foils supplied with the instrument, guaranteeing consistently precise operation.

For data management, the analyzer features internal memory capable of storing up to 1500 measurement values, organized into 30 groups with up to 50 entries per group. The collected data can be easily transferred to a PC via USB interface, where the included software enables in-depth analysis. The software organizes the results in clear tables, displaying for each measurement the type of metal substrate (ferrous or non-ferrous) and the detected thickness. In addition, detailed statistics such as the number of measurements per group, minimum and maximum values, and averages are provided, which are essential for quality assessment and traceability.

The PCE-CT 65 surface analyzer is battery-powered, supplied with a transport case for easy handling, and built to withstand everyday use in industrial and professional environments. With its combination of instant measurement, large memory capacity, ease of operation, and digital data analysis, it is a reliable and indispensable tool for professionals who need fast and accurate surface coating inspections on metals, delivering clear and well-documented results in every operational context.
