The PCE-CS 1000N is a compact, portable device for industrial, professional applications. The robust aluminium construction of the crane scale also allows it to be used in heavy industry.
The crane scale is powered by two 1.5V AA batteries that allow an operating time of approx. 65 hours. The LCD display is backlit with 20 mm high digits, and the backlighting is adjustable, allowing for longer operating life.

Other functions of the crane scale are: gross/net weighing, sum function, hold function, automatic zero OFF function and the possibility for the user to freely select the unit of measurement. This means that the user can add a conversion factor that calculates the weight of the weighed product, e.g. in metres. The dynamometer allows linear calibration and thus guarantees particularly high accuracy.
