The PCE-2000N surface analyzer operates on the Leeb measurement principle, using a dynamic rebound method where a tungsten carbide impact body is spring-propelled against the test surface. This impact creates minimal surface deformation, with energy loss calculated by precisely measuring impact (vi) and rebound (vr) velocities. The compact design and advanced technology make this portable hardness tester exceptionally versatile for quality control in incoming/outgoing goods, production environments, and all applications requiring precise hardness measurements.
