The OMCN 156/W electric hydraulic press is a professional workshop press with 20 ton capacity and 1.5 kW motor power, designed for assembly, disassembly, straightening and controlled pressing operations on mechanical components. During straightening work, the recommended practice is to apply several small corrections, use correctly sized supports and frequently check the part geometry with dial indicators or measuring instruments.

For correct use, the component must be aligned with the ram, suitable V-blocks and supports must be selected, the force must be distributed on stable surfaces and the rated capacity must not be exceeded. Experienced fitters avoid sudden loads, clean the seats before assembly, lubricate where permitted and check that the component does not tilt during the stroke.
