The NEBES "PA" Series Cast Iron industrial polishers are machines designed for cleaning/polishing operations on medium to large workpieces. It is possible to mount two brushes with different characteristics (wire, fabric, flap wheels). Cleaning machines are machines that are subjected to high stresses and Nebes has for years been making machines that must operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, cleaning machines that are used continuously, over three shifts. Standard equipment: Stand and dust extractor system.
The Cast Iron Industrial Series is supplied without brushes.

The supplied vacuum cleaner is equipped with a Made in Italy induction motor and an aluminium fan with self-cleaning blades. It expels any foreign elements mistakenly sucked in. Zero balance for vibration-free operation. The fan is made entirely of aluminium with self-cleaning blades, to guarantee maximum silence and the best performance. The RP2 bag supplied with the machines is made of self-extinguishing/flame-retardant materials for greater safety in the workplace.
On request, all items up to 3Hp can be supplied with BT1 low voltage control at an additional cost. Above 3Hp the BT1 control is supplied as standard on all CE machines. All machines with three-phase (3~) motors are provided for 400 V voltages and 230 V on request - Single-phase (1~) versions are provided for 230 V voltages. Inverters can be added at an additional cost.
* on request these items can be supplied at 1400 rpm for the same price, the two speeds (1400/2800 rpm) are obtained by adding the BT2 control unit at an additional cost.
When deciding to purchase a polishing machine, our advice is to choose models with exuberant motors as the abrasive brushes, both wire and flap, as well as the polishing wheels absorb approx. 100% more energy than conventional abrasive wheels.
Different types of machines, but all built with the same philosophy: one central body and two shells, to withstand even the strongest thrusts, without any deformation of the drive shaft or housing.
Our master forgers still thread the stator in the way it was done 50 years ago: that is, by expansion of the metal, without the use of a single screw. The central casing is heated and when it expands by a few tenths of a millimetre due to the heat, the stator is threaded in, which, once cooled, forms a single body with the central casing.
