On request, all items up to 3Hp can be supplied with BT1 low voltage control at an additional cost. Above 3Hp the BT1 control is supplied as standard on all CE machines. All machines with three-phase motors are provided for 400 V voltages and 230 V on request - Single-phase versions are provided for 230 V voltages. Inverters can be added at an additional cost.

The supplied low-voltage (24v) control is suitable for all types of single-speed machines and consists of a control unit complete with control panel to protect the motor(s) from undervoltage or overloads, also safeguarding the operator's safety.

** On request these items can be supplied at 1400 rpm for the same price, the two speeds (1400/2800 rpm) are obtained with the addition of the BT2 control unit, in which case the cost is the difference between the cost of the BT1 control unit supplied and the BT2 control unit.

When deciding to purchase a polishing machine, our advice is to choose models with exuberant motors as the abrasive brushes, both wire and flap, as well as the polishing wheels absorb approx. 100% more energy than conventional abrasive wheels.

Our master forgers still thread the stator in the way it was done 50 years ago: that is, by expansion of the metal, without the use of a single screw. The central casing is heated and when it expands by a few tenths of a millimetre due to the heat, the stator is threaded in, which, once cooled, forms a single body with the central casing.
