All machines with three-phase motors are designed for 400 V voltages and on request also for 230 V. The single-phase versions are designed for 230 V voltages. Possibility of adding an inverter. On request, all items up to 3Hp can be supplied with BT1 low voltage control at an additional cost. Above 3Hp the BT1 control is supplied as standard on all CE machines.

NOTE: When ordering Combined machines, it is advisable to indicate whether you want the machine with brush on the right or left side.

NEBES offers different types of machines, but they are all built with the same philosophy: one central body and two shells, to withstand even the strongest thrusts, without any deformation of the drive shaft or the housing. Our master forgers still thread the stator in the same way as was done 50 years ago: that is, by expansion of the metal, without the use of a single screw. The central body is heated by expanding by a few tenths of a millimetre due to the heat, allowing the stator to settle into its seat. Once cooled, it forms a single body with the central casing. If you focus on choosing one of our combination machines, always keep in mind what work you intend to do primarily: if polishing/brushing is the priority component in your work, then you will need to choose a machine with a higher power reserve because this type of use requires powerful motors. And because we want to spoil you, please tell us when ordering whether you want the brush on the right or left side and we will be happy to satisfy you as best we can.
