Flat slings with metal loop ends provide safe and reliable lifting. Made from high-quality webbing (polyester, polyamide, or polypropylene), they offer strength, durability, and dimensional stability. Compliant with EN 1492 and the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, they carry the CE mark. The webbing color indicates the load capacity, while the label and traceability code ensure full safety and process control. Metal loops at the ends allow a stable and versatile connection, making these slings essential for professional lifting tasks.

The flat slings with open ends and identical metal loops are a safe, reliable lifting device, compliant with the strictest European standards. Designed to ensure maximum strength and durability, they are used across multiple industrial sectors, including carpentry, construction, logistics, and maintenance, where controlled handling of heavy or bulky loads is required. Made from high-quality webbing, they can be produced in polyester, polyamide, or polypropylene, materials selected for their excellent mechanical properties, wear resistance, and dimensional stability.

Compliant with the European Standard EN 1492, Part 1 for flat slings and Part 2 for round slings, these devices meet the requirements of the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and bear the CE conformity mark. Each sling undergoes rigorous testing and certification to ensure maximum operational safety, with a minimum safety factor of 7 for fully textile models and 5 for those with metal end fittings.

For 100% textile slings, the standard requires a minimum safety factor of 7. This means that the breaking load must be at least seven times higher than the rated working load. For example, if a sling has a working load limit of 1,000 kg, it must not break below 7,000 kg. This margin ensures a high level of safety even in the presence of wear, temperature changes, humidity, or minor accidental impacts. For slings with metal fittings, on the other hand, the minimum required safety factor is 5. In this case, the breaking load must be at least five times the working load. The lower factor is justified by the greater strength and stability of the metal components, which provide a higher level of structural safety.

The color of the webbing immediately indicates the load capacity in vertical tension, following the international coding defined by the standard, while the sewn label provides essential information such as manufacturer, item code, serial number, length, material, production date, and normative reference. Each sling also has a unique traceability code that guarantees full control over the production process and facilitates periodic inspections.

Thanks to their structure with metal loops at the ends, these slings allow a stable and secure connection to lifting hooks, ensuring practical and versatile use in various anchoring configurations. Proper use and regular maintenance ensure their efficiency and long service life, making them an essential component for professional lifting operations.
