The DIN 862 caliper is made with a hardened stainless steel body and slider, ensuring strength and long-lasting durability. The scale and vernier are matte chrome-plated for clear and precise reading, while the engraved vernier and lapped contact surfaces further enhance measurement accuracy. Raised guideways and micrometric adjustment, available on all models except 2322005, allow fine and reliable adjustment. Each caliper is supplied in a case for optimal protection during transport and storage.
Available in different versions with measuring ranges from 0 to 200 mm up to 0 to 1000 mm, it offers a resolution of 0.02 mm and accuracies ranging from ±0.03 mm to ±0.07 mm, depending on the model. Some models also allow readings up to one-thousandth of an inch, making the instrument highly versatile.
