The shrink-fit chuck, compliant with DIN 69882-8 standard, supports speeds up to 25,000 RPM and offers a run-out of 3 microns, ensuring a precise fit with the tool. The shank has an h6 tolerance and the external shrink-fit angle is 4.5 degrees. It is equipped with an axial positioning screw for tools with diameters of 3, 4, and 5 mm, and can be used without the screw for smaller diameters. Compatible with high-speed steel (HSS) and carbide (HM) tools.
The shrink-fit chuck, similar to the DIN 69882-8 standard, is a key component in the mechanical and material processing sectors. It is designed to offer a high level of precision and stability in milling and turning operations, making it ideal for applications requiring very tight tolerances.

This chuck features a finely balanced body, capable of supporting operational speeds of up to 25,000 revolutions per minute (rpm). It is engineered to have a run-out of just 3 microns, thereby ensuring excellent fit between the chuck and the tool, minimizing vibrations, and optimizing machining quality. The shank features an h6 tolerance.

The chuck has an external shrink-fit angle of 4.5 degrees, which facilitates the clamping of the tool inside it, ensuring excellent stability even during the most demanding operations. It is equipped with an axial positioning screw for tools with diameters of 3, 4, and 5 mm, while it can be used without the screw for smaller diameters, further simplifying the setup process.

This product is ideal for high-speed steel (HSS) and carbide (HM) tools, covering a wide range of applications in the industrial field. It is commonly used in precision engineering workshops, machining facilities, and production lines for metal components.

Main areas of application include precision part manufacturing, electronics, aerospace, and automotive industries. The chuck is used by engineers, specialized technicians, and machine tool operators who require reliable and precise equipment to achieve excellent results in their daily applications.
