The operating cycle is based on a pressure-controlled hydraulic circuit that drives the punch or cutting blades with uniform and progressive force. Unlike traditional drilling, punching produces no chips, requires no coolant, and offers significant time savings while maintaining high hole quality and a clean working area. The integrated shears make it possible to cut flat steel, angle iron, and structural profiles, both square and round, using dedicated and easily replaceable blades.

The control is operated by a two-stage foot pedal, allowing either incremental movement for precise positioning or a full working stroke in complete safety. All machines are supplied with hydraulic oil already filled and ready for use. On request, they can be equipped with special tools such as V-notching knives, oversized punches, or tool holders compatible with other industry standards.
