Data given for performance refer to materials with a mechanical strength of 400 N/mm²; bending capacity of materials with mechanical strengths greater than 400 N/mm² factor 0.75 or 0.5; conical bending is possible with a sheet thickness equal to half the max. thickness. Aluminum thickness: factor 1.2.

The horizontal and vertical bending machine model PRM 40 FH, powered by 400V, is designed for precision bending of profiles and tubes, including very small parts. Its robust welded steel construction ensures stability and long-term durability. All three rollers are motorized, with hydraulic feed of the two lower rollers ensuring precise control of pressure and movement during operation.

Features:

The hardened rollers and tempered, ground steel shafts provide excellent wear resistance and operational precision. The continuously adjustable lateral guide rollers are particularly suited for angular bending, while the orbital movement of the lower rollers contributes to uniform material deformation. The machine can be optionally equipped with CNC control for automated management of bending processes.
