POLIANGOLAR

Poliangolar Srl is a Milan-based company that has been manufacturing and marketing Poliangolar, Polikey and Multibrox equipment since 1965.

Poliangolar machines are used in tool shops, lathes, mechanical and electromechanical workshops, hydraulic and microelectronic component workshops, shipyards and all those precision workshops that require the execution of special polygonal figure slots.

The pendulum broaching process requires the use of two components: the broaching device (tool holder) and the tool (broach). Broaching can be performed on any machine tool, whether traditional (manual lathe) or CNC-controlled. The only difference is that on a lathe the Poliangolar fixture is stationary and the workpiece rotates, conversely on machining centres and milling machines, the fixture rotates in the machine spindle and the workpiece is stationary.

Poliangolar manufactures standard or compact internal and external broaching machines that can be used with different types of attachments: cylindrical broacher, Weldon broacher, VDI broacher, ISO broacher, HSK broacher, morse taper broacher, BT broacher, etc.
