The circular permanent magnetic chuck with NdFeB magnets and microfine poles is designed for clamping thin ferromagnetic workpieces during precision grinding operations. The micro-pole surface ensures uniform magnetic field distribution, providing stable holding even for small and thin components. The precision ground surface guarantees high accuracy during machining and reduces the risk of workpiece deformation. Ideal for surface grinding machines and precision machining workshops.
The microfine magnetic chucks are specifically designed for grinding workpieces with thin thicknesses ranging from 1.5 mm to 5 mm, with minimum workpiece dimensions of 20 x 20 mm. Maximum operating temperature: 80°C.
