Series 124 magnetic squares are positioning tools designed to speed up welding, tack welding and assembly operations on ferromagnetic components. The rigid yet lightweight body in cast aluminium improves handling, while the integrated ferrite magnets provide stable and repeatable holding performance for fabrication and workshop use.

This configurable product allows you to select the required magnetic holding force according to part weight and geometry. The range includes models with fixed 90° positioning and one version with adjustable angle from 30° to 180° for flexible setups. All variants are rated up to 200 °C, a key requirement when working close to heat sources during welding.

The stated holding force is a nominal value measured under ideal conditions (flat, clean steel surfaces with full contact). Paint, oxide, dirt, uneven surfaces or partial contact can reduce the effective holding force. For maximum stability, ensure the contact faces are clean and the workpiece sits fully against the magnet.

Selected versions feature a mechanical release system, enabling faster separation and easier handling during frequent part changes. These magnetic squares are well suited for positioning sheets and tubes, building small fixtures, aligning components and supporting drilling or marking operations prior to welding.
