This feature makes it possible to choose an optimum speed according to the material to be machined and the type of tool wear, significantly improving the quality of work and extending tool life.

The spindle speed is varied electronically via an inverter driving a servo-ventilated motor suitable for high frequencies. Speed changes can be made within seconds, optimising production times.
