ER16, ER20, ER25, ER32, ER40, ER50 collet chucks with ISO shank (ISO40 / ISO50) per DIN ISO 7388 (DIN 69871), designed for accurate tool clamping with ER collets on machining centers. The range covers multiple ER sizes and lengths, with G6.3 pre-balancing up to 15,000 rpm for better rotational stability and a more consistent surface finish.
Available on request with different nuts and balancing.
ER collet chucks with ISO shank (ISO40 / ISO50) per DIN ISO 7388 (DIN 69871) are intended for machining centers and chip-removal operations where repeatable clamping and stable rotation are essential. The ER system, compliant with DIN ISO 15488 (DIN 6499), clamps straight-shank tools via ER collets, making it suitable for milling, drilling and general machining.
Manufactured to high quality requirements: tapers in AT3 accuracy class, made from certified steel bar with heat treatments performed by certified suppliers, precision grinding inside and outside, and inspection with certified measuring instruments. G6.3 pre-balancing up to 15,000 rpm helps reduce vibration and improves stability.
