ER32 solid sealed collets DIN ISO 15488 (DIN 6499) are designed for CNC machining with high-pressure through-tool coolant up to 120 bar. The 4+4 clamping slot design ensures excellent rigidity and runout accuracy up to 0.008 mm, providing stable and precise tool holding. Suitable for tools with nominal cylindrical shank diameter, these collets allow coolant to pass through the tool, improving cooling efficiency, chip evacuation and overall machining performance.

ER32 solid sealed collets manufactured according to DIN ISO 15488 (DIN 6499) are designed to provide high precision tool clamping and reliable coolant sealing in modern CNC machining environments.
