The ER32 sealed collets with internal coolant channels are designed for CNC machining applications where controlled coolant delivery through the tool is required. Manufactured according to DIN ISO 15488 (DIN 6499) standards, they ensure high clamping precision with runout accuracy up to 0.008 mm and excellent structural rigidity. Internal lubrication channels allow coolant to flow directly through the tool bore, improving chip evacuation, thermal stability and tool life during demanding machining operations. Suitable for high-pressure coolant systems with maximum pressure up to 120 bar and a 0.1 mm clamping range.

The ER32 sealed collets with internal coolant channels are designed for advanced tool clamping applications on CNC machine tools where controlled coolant delivery through the tool is required. Coolant sealing is ensured by the short front slots integrated into the collet geometry, allowing uniform tool clamping while maintaining effective sealing of the coolant flow. The coolant passes through dedicated lubrication channels running along the internal bore of the collet, enabling direct cooling of the cutting tool and machining area. This configuration significantly improves chip evacuation and stabilizes the cutting process, reducing tool wear and enhancing the surface quality of machined components.
The average runout accuracy is 0.008 mm, ensuring high clamping precision and excellent stability even in high-speed machining applications or processes requiring tight dimensional tolerances. The collet structure features 44 elastic segments, providing optimal elasticity and uniform clamping force distribution along the entire tool shank.
The clamping range is 0.1 mm, which is typical for high precision ER collets and allows controlled adaptation to the nominal tool diameter. To guarantee proper coolant sealing, tools must have a shank diameter equal to the nominal collet size and must be inserted along the full clamping length.
The maximum allowable coolant pressure reaches 120 bar, making these collets particularly suitable for modern high-pressure coolant machining processes where coolant must be delivered directly into the cutting area to improve process stability and tool life.
These collets are designed to be used exclusively with ER nuts featuring eccentric extraction systems, ensuring safe assembly and optimal force distribution during clamping.
