ER32 sealed tap collets with internal square drive, compliant with DIN ISO 15488 (DIN 6499), are designed for synchronized tapping operations on CNC machines and machining centers. The internal square drive ensures positive tap driving for DIN 371, 374 and 376 taps, providing reliable torque transmission. Integrated neoprene inserts allow coolant sealing up to 25 bar, improving lubrication and chip evacuation during machining. ER32 sealed tap collets with internal square drive are precision clamping components designed for synchronized tapping operations on CNC machines and machining centers. Manufactured according to DIN ISO 15488 (DIN 6499), these collets provide secure clamping of the tap shank while ensuring reliable torque transmission through the internal square drive that positively engages the tap during threading operations.

The collet design allows clamping only of the nominal tap shank diameter with tolerance h8, ensuring accurate alignment between the cutting tool and the clamping system. This configuration improves concentricity and contributes to stable threading operations even during high-volume production cycles.

Integrated neoprene sealing inserts allow coolant sealing up to a maximum pressure of 25 bar. This design enables coolant to be directed precisely toward the cutting area, improving lubrication conditions, reducing friction between tool and workpiece, and supporting effective chip evacuation during tapping operations.

The ER32 geometry ensures uniform clamping force distribution along the tool shank surface, minimizing vibration and mechanical stress during machining. Since these collets do not provide axial compensation, they are particularly suitable for synchronized tapping systems where spindle rotation and feed motion are electronically synchronized.

These tap collets can be installed only with eccentric extraction nuts, ensuring correct installation within ER collet holders. The high manufacturing accuracy and the quality of the materials used allow reliable performance even in demanding industrial environments characterized by continuous machining cycles.
