ER32 clamping collets with JET coolant system and neoprene sealing inserts are designed for high-precision tool clamping in CNC machining centers and industrial machine tools. Coolant sealing is ensured by neoprene inserts integrated in the 30° taper, preventing coolant leakage and ensuring a controlled and efficient coolant flow. The system supports a maximum operating pressure of up to 25 bar, making these collets suitable for intensive industrial machining applications.
The collet body features a 4+4 slit design, providing optimal elasticity, excellent clamping stability and uniform force distribution during tightening. This construction enables a run-out accuracy of ≤ 0.008 mm, which is essential for precision machining processes.
