The ER25 JET collets with neoprene sealing inserts and external coolant holes are designed for CNC machining applications requiring high precision and efficient coolant delivery. Manufactured according to DIN ISO 15488 (DIN 6499), they ensure runout accuracy up to 0.008 mm and a 0.1 mm clamping collapse range. The four front coolant holes direct coolant toward the cutting zone, improving cooling, chip evacuation and tool life. Suitable for coolant systems up to 25 bar pressure.

The ERC JET ER25 sealed collets with neoprene inserts and external coolant holes are designed to ensure precise and reliable clamping of cylindrical tools in machining operations on CNC machine tools. Manufactured according to the DIN ISO 15488 (DIN 6499) standard, these ER25 collets represent an advanced technical solution for milling, drilling and high-speed machining processes where high clamping stability and efficient coolant management are required.

The configuration with neoprene sealing rings integrated in the 30° taper ensures effective sealing of the coolant fluid, preventing leakage and allowing a controlled coolant flow directly toward the cutting tool. The coolant is distributed through four front holes of the ER25 collet, enabling direct cooling of the cutting zone. This system improves chip evacuation and reduces the risk of tool overheating, contributing to improved surface finish and longer tool life.

The ER25 collet body features a 4+4 slot design, engineered to combine controlled elasticity with high rigidity during clamping. This geometry allows uniform distribution of clamping force around the tool shank, minimizing deformation and ensuring stable and precise tool positioning.

With an average runout accuracy of 0.008 mm, ER25 collets are particularly suitable for precision machining operations where strict dimensional tolerances must be maintained. The clamping collapse range of 0.1 mm allows small tool diameter variations while maintaining secure and reliable clamping.

These ER25 coolant collets are designed to operate with coolant systems up to a maximum pressure of 25 bar, making them ideal for high-productivity machining applications where thermal control and chip evacuation are critical.

It should be noted that coolant sealing is guaranteed only when the tool shank diameter matches the nominal ER25 collet diameter and when the tool is inserted for the full clamping length. This ensures proper sealing performance and maximum coolant efficiency.
