The ER20 clamping collets with internal coolant channels are manufactured according to DIN ISO 15488 (DIN 6499) to ensure high precision and reliable tool clamping in CNC machining applications. Integrated channels along the bore allow coolant to flow directly to the cutting zone, improving lubrication, chip evacuation and thermal stability during machining. With an average runout accuracy ≤ 0.008 mm, a 0.1 mm clamping range and coolant pressure capability up to 120 bar, ER20 collets provide excellent rigidity, precision and consistent performance in precision engineering and industrial machining processes.

ER20 clamping collets with internal coolant channels are designed to provide high-precision tool clamping for CNC machine tools and high-performance machining applications. Manufactured according to the DIN ISO 15488 (DIN 6499) standard, these collets combine excellent runout accuracy, strong clamping rigidity and efficient coolant delivery directly through the tool.

The ERC20SJ version features lubrication channels along the bore, allowing coolant to flow directly to the cutting zone. This system improves chip evacuation, reduces cutting temperature and significantly extends tool life, making these collets ideal for demanding machining operations such as milling, drilling and precision boring.

Coolant sealing is ensured by the short-slot geometry of the collet, which allows the system to maintain coolant pressure up to 120 bar. The integrated channels guide the coolant along the bore of the collet and deliver it directly along the tool shank to the cutting edge.

ER20 collets guarantee an average runout accuracy of ≤ 0.008 mm, ensuring excellent machining precision and consistent dimensional tolerances even in high-precision manufacturing environments such as automotive and precision engineering industries.

The ERC20SJ clamping range covers tool diameters from 3 mm to 13 mm, with a clamping collapse of 0.1 mm. For correct coolant sealing, tools must have a cylindrical shank with a diameter equal to the nominal collet size and must be inserted along the entire gripping length.

These collets are designed for use with standard ER20 nuts featuring an eccentric extraction system, ensuring safe and efficient installation in ER toolholding systems.
