The ER11 HP high precision collets compliant with DIN ISO 15488 (DIN 6499) are designed for secure clamping of cylindrical tools in ER collet chucks. With runout accuracy up to 0.005 mm and a 12-slot elastic design, they ensure excellent concentricity, repeatability and vibration reduction during machining. The 0.5 mm diameter progression allows optimal tool matching. Precision-ground surfaces with Rz 1.6 roughness provide stable tool holding even at high spindle speeds in CNC machining centers and milling machines.

The ERC11HP.D high precision ER collets are designed for extremely accurate clamping of cylindrical tools in ER collet chucks according to DIN ISO 15488 (DIN 6499) standards. These collets are developed for high precision machining applications on CNC machining centers, high-speed spindles and machine tools used for the production of complex mechanical components.
The collet geometry incorporates 12 radial elastic slots, allowing uniform elastic deformation during clamping and ensuring excellent concentricity repeatability.
