ER mechanical sealing collets, with a maximum pressure of 120 bar, ensure a runout error of 0.008 mm and a clamping capacity of -0.1 mm. The coolant seal is guaranteed by short cuts, allowing the coolant to pass through the lubrication holes of the tool to cool and evacuate chips. Made of 4+4 sectors, they offer rigidity and high precision. Usable only with eccentric extraction nuts, they ensure sealing only with tools of nominal diameter, fully inserted into the gripping length.
