F16-1212E Round compression collet prepared for part ejection for Citizen L12X

The collet is made from the same special steel used to make our F16-1212E collets, which allows the metallurgical, mechanical and precision characteristics to be maintained over time and as the operating temperature changes.
We have modified the collet to allow not only the clamping of the part in the collet, but also the ejection of the part, making the collet with the ejector in one piece. The advantage of this operation is the simple adjustment of the workpiece ejection and the positioning of the ejector concentric to the collet bore.
By disassembling the ejector, the collet can become not only a workpiece gripper, but also the classic collet for use with the main spindle
