The IRT8 thermometer is designed to ensure food safety, complying with HACCP requirements. It offers fast and accurate measurements either by infrared, for non-contact control, or with an external probe for penetration. It has a large LCD display that clearly shows readings, with a bright dot to highlight the measurement area and maximum value indication during IR measurement. The hold function allows the temperature to be frozen in real time in both modes. Temperature units can be selected between ℃ and ℉, adapting to different operating requirements. This instrument is ideal for reliable and fast temperature monitoring in the food industry.

The Infrared Thermometer with Penetration Probe ensures food safety according to HACCP standards, offering accurate and fast measurements with both infrared, ideal for non-contact control, and with an external probe for penetration.
The device has a wide measuring range: -40°C to +280°C for the infrared and -40°C to +200°C for the external probe, with a resolution of 0.1°C ensuring detailed readings. Accuracy is ±1°C for the infrared and ±0.5°C for the external probe, ensuring reliability.
Equipped with a 21 x 28 mm LCD display, the thermometer highlights the measurement area with a bright dot, facilitating use in different environmental conditions. During infrared measurements, it indicates the maximum value detected for effective monitoring.
The hold function allows real-time temperature freezing for both infrared and external probe, while temperature units are selectable between ℃ and ℉.
With a distance-to-measurement ratio of 3:1, the thermometer ensures accurate measurements even from a distance. The response time for infrared is 500ms, ensuring efficiency. The length of the external probe is 82mm, suitable for measurements in food of different sizes.
Compact (61.5 x 35.5 x 167 mm) and lightweight (140 g), it runs on an easily replaceable 9 V battery. Ideal for accurate and regulation-compliant temperature monitoring in the food industry.
