The tap holder with tension and compression compensation allows for a perfect internal thread without risking tap breakage. During threading, to avoid tap breakage, increase the tap's lifespan, and achieve precise threading, the compensating tap holder can compensate for tracking errors and synchronization between the main spindle axis and the front axis of the CNC tapping. It can also be used on single and multi-spindle cam automatic machines; in this case, the compensation ensures precise thread positioning, which is performed with the cam, preventing chipping of the tap and significantly increasing its lifespan. The compensating tap holder is also used for tapping operations on all ferrous materials, low and high carbon steels, copper alloys, aluminum, and aluminum alloys.
