The tempered stainless steel body ensures exceptional resistance to corrosion, while the precision-ground and lapped jaws enable accurate measurements, even in challenging work conditions. The rounded lower jaws are ideal for internal measurements, while the external jaws are 150 mm on the CEDW60, CEDW80, and CEDW100 models, and 200 mm on the CEDW150 and CEDW200 models. The 20 mm internal jaws offer versatility for professional applications.

The caliper is designed to be water- and dust-resistant, ensuring long-lasting durability even in demanding work environments. The micrometric adjustment device allows for fine adjustments, ensuring superior precision, while the upper vernier locking system, operated via a screw, guarantees stability during measurements.

The ZERO/ABS button allows easy switching between two measurement modes: the absolute mode, which immediately displays the actual distance between the jaws without the need for preliminary zeroing, and the relative mode, which enables the measurement to be zeroed at any point, regardless of the jaw position. The absolute zeroing function is only needed when the battery is changed or to reset to the initial mode. The LCD display makes it easy to read measurements, even in low-light conditions. This button is available only on the CEDW60, CEDW80, and CEDW100 models.
