The angle grinder/cutter model 545 is a compact and lightweight pneumatic tool, ideal for precision cutting and grinding work. Weighing only 0.5 kg and measuring 129 mm in length, it is easy to handle and provides good control during operation.
It runs at a no-load speed of 20,000 RPM, ensuring fast and efficient performance. For optimal operation, it requires an air pressure of 6.2 bar with an average air consumption of 7.5 l/sec. The air inlet is a 1/4" BSPT fitting, compatible with 8 mm inner diameter air hoses.
The kit includes everything needed to get started: 5 cutting discs, 9 abrasive discs (3 x grit 60, 3 x grit 80, and 3 x grit 120 for different finishes), safety goggles, and two wrenches for maintenance. The maximum supported disc diameter is 50 mm, suitable for work on metal and other materials.
