Through the adjustment of the ball clutch, it is possible to adjust the torque to safeguard the tap during the threading operation.

They can be mounted on different types of tapping chucks depending on the type of attachment of the traditional or CNC machine tool (CNC lathes, CNC milling machines, CNC machining centres, tapping machines, transfer machines).

Use:

The sleeves are chosen according to the diameter and the square of the shank of the tap used.

The clutch is adjusted by acting on the ring nut on the sleeve. The calculation of the clutch adjustment force is to be found in the product images.
