RUPAC Digitronic external measuring arm digital comparators are engineered for precise external dimensional inspection, particularly on parts where conventional measuring instruments have limited accessibility.

The specially shaped measuring arms allow reliable contact on grooves, shoulders and complex external geometries. The ±170° rotatable display improves ergonomics and readability during inspection tasks.

Available with configurable measuring ranges (0-10 mm, 0-20 mm, 10-30 mm, 30-50 mm) and 0.01 mm resolution, these instruments provide a maximum error of 0.03 mm (excluding quantization error). The measuring force between 1.5 and 3.5 N ensures stable and repeatable contact conditions.

The 8.5 mm LCD display, combined with a digital analog scale, enables immediate deviation visualization from nominal size.
