The Digitronic series digital dial indicator with lever probes for internal measurements is designed for dimensional inspection of internal grooves, slots and internal diameters on mechanical components. The lever probe layout supports access to internal features where standard indicators are limited by geometry or available space.

Measurement is taken through R 0.2 contact tips that transfer the displacement to the internal electronic system. The value is shown on an LCD display with 8.5 mm digits and is supported by a digital analog scale for dynamic deviation monitoring while the probe is in contact. The stated maximum error is 0.03 mm, excluding quantization error, and the measuring force is 1.5 to 3.5 N to support stable, repeatable readings. The bezel can be rotated by ±170° to improve readability depending on the measuring position and part orientation.

This instrument is intended for internal inspection tasks in mechanical machining, particularly for verifying grooves, seats and internal diameters on turned or milled parts. IP54 protection against dust and splashing water makes it suitable for use in production areas as well as in inspection and quality control stations.

Typical use environments include machine shops, metalworking production, machine tool manufacturing and quality departments that require repeatable internal dimensional checks.

Selecting the configurable version depends on the required measuring range, the maximum measuring depth needed and the minimum groove width that must be accessed. The product is available in several measuring ranges, each with 0.005 mm resolution, and the operating dimensions vary according to the selected version.

Versions differ by measuring range, maximum groove depth, minimum groove width and maximum measuring depth, while resolution, R 0.2 contact form, the 8.5 mm LCD display, integrated electronic functions and IP54 protection remain consistent across the range.

Functionality includes on/off with auto power-off, origin setting, ABS/INC modes, mm/inch conversion, preset value, tolerance setting, counting direction reversal, min/max value search, analog scale display and value hold. Data output is available via USB and RS232 for transferring measured values to external systems.

The dial indicator is supplied with battery and a protective case. Use is limited to internal measurements within the stated range of each version; applications outside these limits are not covered by the declared specifications.
