The MicroMet modular internal micrometers with dial indicator are engineered to provide fast, stable and highly accurate readings of internal bore diameters across a wide range of professional machining and inspection tasks. The hundredths dial indicator ensures immediate centering of the instrument inside the bore, improving repeatability and reducing operator error. Thanks to the modular design, the measuring range can be extended by adding dedicated extension rods, reaching lengths well beyond 1000 mm.

The Ø 18 mm graduated thimble and sleeve with matte chrome finish ensure excellent readability, while the carbide-tipped, precision-lapped measuring faces provide long-term durability and consistent metrological performance. The 0.5 mm spindle pitch with integrated locking function allows controlled, precise adjustments, and the steel tubes—available in 25 mm or 32 mm depending on the measuring range—ensure mechanical rigidity even with long extensions. Accuracy follows internal standards defined by ± (5 + number of extensions + L/50) μm, excluding quantization error.

Supplied in a protective wooden case, the system can be expanded with extension rods and accessories, including the 1000 mm rod available as a spare part.
