The 3-point micrometers for indoor use allow direct measurement of the hole diameter at every stage of the machining process, from production to testing. The accuracy of the measurement and the centring of the instrument with respect to the hole are ensured by the three contact points offset each other by 120°, while the clutch guarantees repeatability and constant measuring pressure.
Supplied complete with wooden case and screwdriver.
Three-point internal micrometers are designed for the direct measurement of bore diameters at every stage of machining, from production to final inspection. The three contact points arranged at 120° ensure automatic centering inside the bore, providing stable positioning and repeatable measurement accuracy, while the ratchet mechanism maintains constant measuring force regardless of the operator.
Manufactured in accordance with DIN 863/4, these instruments offer a resolution of 0.001 mm for ranges up to 12 mm and 0.005 mm for larger diameters. Accuracy values are defined in the technical table for each model. The thimble and sleeve are fully graduated, with a diameter of 19 mm up to 12 mm and 25 mm above this range, ensuring clear and easy reading. The carbide-tipped measuring faces guarantee durability and resistance to wear, while the 0.5 mm spindle pitch allows fine, controlled adjustments during measurement.
Each micrometer is supplied in a wooden case with screwdriver included for adjustments. Matching extension rods and setting rings are available in the dedicated section.
